2 Day Management Skills

The delegates will learn the skills that are displayed on a day-to-day basis by the busy manager. The course provides a broad ‘bus trip’ around the skill sets with a number of opportunities to practise the skills covered.

The in house management skills training course provides an insight into the differences between a leader and manager, coaching, delegation, setting task objectives and giving feedback. It includes a significant coverage of performance management techniques including managing poorer performers. The 2 days rounds off with a case study approach of typical managerial issues which need to be tackled.
